The ICC Governance Committee invites you to join us in a review of the proposed bylaws recommendations prepared for presentation to the Board. The meeting will be held via Zoom on Thursday July 6, 2023 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The draft bylaws will be posted on the Imani website under the member portal along with a summary of the recommendations. You are encouraged to review the document in advance of the meeting and prepare any questions you may have so that we can make the most of the time available.
The time will be used to answer any questions you may have regarding the recommendations. We will not be able to address any additional recommendations you may have during the meeting, but you may submit them in writing so that they can be submitted to the Board and considered during the Board review. Any additional comments or recommendations can be submitted to: bod@imanicc.org. The deadline for submission is Friday, July 14, 2023.
